Our Market Snapshots (top right on this page) provide great listing / sale reports, as often as every two weeks, with statistics such as days on the market, sell price versus list price and so on. Our Personalized Searches (also to the right) let you design multiple active / sold searches for daily updates via email for your particular areas of interest.

So use either or both for as many areas as you like - to get the most value out of these applications you need to "register". Be assured, we have no interest in "hounding" you and won't spam you with shameless self-promotion! We're consumers too and know what a turn off spam is.
